You’ve been through a lot and you’re under a lot of stress. Just when you start to feel that maybe you can do this, something else happens to knock you down. You desperately want to sleep through the night but your mind keeps wandering. You want to feel calm and in control but your mind won’t stop. You want to change but not sure how. Sometimes you feel like hiding. Staying inside and escaping. Sometimes it’s easier to just avoid everything that brings on the horrible feeling of anxiety—even if it’s avoiding activities you once loved. Will you ever feel better?
